TRAILER INFORMATION:
As we prepare for our 11th year of the RC Chili Bowl, the popularity of the event continues to grow and with this growth brings challenges. Racers pit trailers have always been a poplular aspect to the RCCB and racers love to be able to bring them to the event. To accomadate the large amount of trailers that racers bring to the RCCB we will be renting the adjacent area called the Explorer Arena and Barn for trailers. This area is directly next to the Mustang Arena. This is our only option to continue to allow trailers at the event. This arena will have full PA sound so you can hear exactly what is going on in the race room. Trailers up to 16' will cost $150. Trailers larger than 16' will be $200, Larger trailers will load in last during load in. Also the arena is closed off but it is not heated, so if we do experience cold weather, you will want to bring a heater for your trailer. Full electricity will be available just like in the past but you will need to brign your own extention cords to reach the power drops. Again this is our only option to be able to continue to give racers the opporunity to bring their pit trailers.

We ask for everyone’s patience during the load in process as this is the most difficult part of the organization of this event and if we all work together, it will go very smooth.
2025 SCHEDULE

Monday JAN 13: 9am Racer and Trailer Load In. We will have a very organzied and controlled pit area. We will have specific areas marked off for pitting and fire lanes for walking. If you set up your pit area in an area other than marked Pit area, you will be required to move your pit.
Monday JAN 13: REGISTRATION AND CHECK IN Noon, possibly earlier.
Monday JAN 13: 4PM-8PM OPEN PRACTICE possibly earlier
MOTOR HANDOUT FOR WINGLESS: Monday Jan 13th FROM 12-7PM: WE WILL ALSO HAVE MOTOR HANDOUT ON TUESDAY MORNING AND ANYTIME FOR THOSE WHO ARRIVE LATER IN THE WEEK.
TUESDAY JAN 14: Doors open at 7am. 8am 1 Practice round & 1 Seeding round practice by HEATS. 3min heats 1 min between, Fastest top 5 average laps sets heats and is also used as one of the tie breakers in Heat Race Qualifying Format.
WEDNESDAY JAN 15: Doors open at 7AM, Qualifier #1 starts 8am. Possible practice after Q1.
THURSDAY JAN 16: Doors open at 7am, Qualifier #2 starts at 8am. Possible practice after Q2.
FRIDAY JAN 17: Doors open at 7am Qualifer #3 starts at 8am. Some lower mains will be run today.
SAUTURDAY JAN 18: Doors open at 7am, Mains start at 7:30am. Prize ceremony for all A features. All racers in the A Feature will receive awards. Winners of lower features will receive an award right after their lower feature.
